Sue Hanna

President

Sue Hanna is the President of Ad Satisfaction with 20 years experience in the media industry. Sue established her own full service advertising agency-Ad Satisfaction-in 2003 after many years of serving clients in broadcasting. Her extensive experience with both sides of the media allows her clients to easily navigate the buying arena.  Sue’s strength lies in her ability to quickly improve marketing strategies in order to maximize the client’s business.  

Her goal is to put her clients in front of potential customers and work closely with their company in order to create long lasting business relationships.

Sue is continually educating herself in the newest trends in Marketing allowing her to bring a full range of products to help her clients get on the cutting edge in today’s advertising market.

Sue has taken an active role in the betterment of the Winter Park Community and is a part of the Winter Park Leadership Class XX program. She has the heart of a philanthropist and volunteers time to various organizations including B.A.S.E camp, which benefits children with cancer, Job Partnership, a mentoring program for young women, and she is a part of the First Impressions Team at her church. Sue’s outgoing personality allows her to thrive in any setting and constantly build new friendships.

Rachel Hanna

Account Executive / Web Development

Rachel Hanna is the accounts executive and internet marketing developer for Ad Satisfaction. Rachel is constantly keeping up with the changes in technology, namely the social media market and website optimization. Her 16 years experience in management and her creative outlook are key in executing the client’s ideas and image.

Rachel blends modern technology with traditional face-to- face business to guarantee clear communication. She is inspired by her interests in the arts, culture, and anthropology. She has a positive outlook and genuinely cares about the client’s happiness.  Rachel is a trendy individual that is constantly exploring new creative avenues to bring to the table.  

Rachel is also a member of the Citrus Club’s Young Executives Board. She recently joined the Philanthropy committee and is excited about future projects with the YEB.

Chris Wall

Web Design / SEO Specialist

Christopher Wall is fueled with a strong passion for design and is a driving force in the creative design in our web projects. He began his career in Graphic Communication and Design in 1999 with a small E-Learning and Instructional Training company. After a series of buy-outs he served as a senior graphics designer at RWD Technologies and Latitude 360° for companies such as NASA, Nokia and Cisco Systems.

Chris then left to pursue his interests in 3D Animation where he received an AS degree in Computer Animation and a series of specialized certifications in Lightwave 3D and Photoshop. Working as a freelance designer he animated and built 3D Characters for a children's tv series and various other projects. He then took a position of creative direction and oversaw the development for all marketing materials and visualizations for a number of condominium sales throughout Florida.

Currently, Chris is now Co-Owner and Creative Director of Developmental Marketing where he continues to focus on Graphic and Web Design, 3D visualization and Animation. He also tours the country training students on sophisticated 3D & Graphic technologies.

Ray Hanna

Graphic Design

Ray retired after 25 years as a Systems Engineer in Aerospace.  Always staying active, he has leveraged his experience from developing technical documents and reports for electro-optical sensor systems into a technical writing career enhanced by photography and graphical design.   As a self-employed independent contractor, he has written and delivered over twenty comprehensive technical manuals complete with photographs, graphical illustrations and layout considerations. 

Using Corel and Adobe products, He is also currently engaged in delivering graphical layouts for flyers and email blasts.

As a member of the National Association of Photoshop Professionals, he stays current on graphical design and photographic techniques through conferences, workshops and tutorials.  Ray is a UCF graduate with a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering.

She writes for several publications and produces on-camera features about women in business which can also be seen on Small Business TV and Building 43. Shoes, wine, food, the beach, family, friends and God is what she needs to survive on a weekly basis.

Danielle Voss is an intern at Ad Satisfaction and the newest addition to the team. She currently attends the University of Central Florida pursuing a degree in Advertising / Public Relations.  Danielle is eager to learn about the industry and works on a series of marketing projects.
